Arrow Following Bline

Make an arrow follow a bezierline.

Create a rotation layer, an arrow with the bline tool, and a path with the bline tool.
Create an encapsulated layer that contains the rotation layer and arrow.
Select the encapsulation layer and click on it's (green) positioning duct to highlight it.
Hold Control and click in order- the rotate layer, the rotation duct (blue), the bline layer.
Right click on the bline and select "Link to BLine".
