Make an arrow follow a bezierline.

• Create a rotation layer, an arrow with the bline tool, and a path with the bline tool.
• Create an encapsulated layer that contains the rotation layer and arrow.
• Select the encapsulation layer and click on it's (green) positioning duct to highlight it.
• Hold Control and click in order- the rotate layer, the rotation duct (blue), the bline layer.
• Right click on the bline and select "Link to BLine".
